Since being in Italy I have had major gratification of the senses, pleasure in all it’s forms, each sense excited daily with new tastes, smells, colours, sounds and more .

The sixth sense they classified as your intuition, a knowing that comes from within and the seventh sense, they called the “creota-magus” known as your imagination.

S– Satisfy your soul by doing work you really love, nothing is a more pleasure filled experience on earth than serving in ways you love most.
U– Understand your body by listening, not suppressing, its messages, your body needs pleasure!
R– Relate to others, connection is one of life’s simple pleasures . A sexual connection is even better, stimulating many senses at once,so go ahead your body will thank you for it!
E– End the guilt you associate with pleasure, in doing so you awaken your greatest vitality and healing enabling you to live the life you deserve.
