The Guide To Style in Life & Business
Believe it or not choosing clothes is difficult for most people and certainly for me.
I love just about every Italian style I see , making it impossible to choose at times.
But style , just like business , is not a one size fits all kinda thing.
So, last weekend knowing I was ready for a wardrobe overhaul , I decided to hire the help of my good friend and stylist, Paola.
What I discovered working with this genius is that creating the right style is just like creating the right business.
- It takes time.
- You gotta try on a few pieces to get the right fit.
- You may have to course correct as you go and eventually you’ll grow out of one style and into the next.
Needless to say that’s why it’s best to have someone more expert than you choosing your clothes.
Just as a coach in business can direct your brand more clearly than you , a good stylist is visionary in seeing what suits you fast, eventually saving you time and even money on wasted items that wouldn’t look great on you.
So, although we’re encouraged at this time of year to keep the foot on the gas in our business, I’m choosing to use my fuel on what’s really inspiring to me and right now that’s style, celebrating and time alone.
And that’s the key to any successful launch or month, choosing to do the things you actually want to do not the things you think you have to do.
When you use your fuel on true inspiration, you’ll eventually create take off in your business with the least effort and you’ll be refreshed for what’s next to come.
So stop beating yourself , go have fun, shop, celebrate and do what you love, that’s the only way money can come.
