The Guide To Non-Resistance
After two flights with Ryanair today I’m resonating with the term “patience is a virtue”.
It’s not that flying is the problem but rather our resistance to the journey, the other travellers and the delays
This resistance leads to stress and impatience and that’s why when considering the P word you’re really being called to also embrace compassion for others and mindfulness too.
Think about it, when you’re impatient with others it’s because you want them to act or behave in a different way , resisting who they are today.
When you’re impatient with manifesting your desires it’s because you want something right now, resisting what you currently have today.
I’m all in favour of healthy discontent in life and business, it’s fuel for the up level, but if you’re resisting what’s in front of you now, how can you expect to transform your reality into what you desire instead?
This impatience just slows the delivery of your desires right down.
So let’s start this year with non-resistance and instead get clear on what you want and appreciative of where you’re at , because without resistance the results you seek are only a matter of time.
1) If you want more money.
Stop resisting the amount you’re earning now and instead get clear on exactly how much more you want to earn and what you’ll use that money for . Clarity is key here, not money, the money is a means to an end; get an exciting end result so the money can show up for you effortlessly.
2) If you desire more clients.
Appreciating the clients you have right now . Be twice as good to them. Now define the type and amount of clients you desire to have next week, next month and this year. Gratitude gets you further every time.
3) If you want out of your day job.
Get present and brilliant with the job you’re in now, instead of berating it and resisting it, use your creative mind to the best service possible where you’re at , this is the fastest route to getting you more of what you really want where your career in concerned including an escape route!
4) If you want to be slimmer.
Develop a healthy list of affirmations in line with the body you’re aiming to create and stop beating up your current shape , all beating up is resistance to loving who you are right now.
5) If you want to be respected and appreciated by others.
Well that’s simple, respect and appreciate yourself and them in an even bigger way. Embrace compassion for the pain others may be in and stop blaming them (resisting) for what value they place on you. Appreciate you and they’ll respond in kind.
