It’s chaotic; both the thought of change and the things still to do, it brings out the worst in me.

1.Curb your commitments. Think about whom you are committing to and why. It’s easy to become addicted to doing more but doing more is usually an avoidance of yourself. Practice saying NO and committing more time to yourself as a means to lowering stress.
2. Start Simply: . Try waking earlier, drinking your coffee without distractions, and then mindfully getting on your way to work. 3.Consider what items you would really want to save in the event of an earthquake or a fire? These are your nearest and dearest posessions. 4 .Tidy As You Go. A bit like above but requires constant detoxing of your chaotic desk, life and home space . Maybe you all do this? I never did, I created a storm in my home then walked out and dreaded returning to the chaos. Now I tidy as I go, it’s so much simpler.
5 .Burn your Brain Noise. That means mentally releasing all the thoughts in your head that are taking up ample mental energy e.g resentments, anger, fear. This is the true source of stress. Write it all out onto paper and burn it, simply let it go and your healing process begins.
6. Delegate the crap: If you want to fully detox your life and manage stress so you can build your biz into a six figure success, you’re going to have to delegate the stuff you hate doing to others.
